I started wearing a pedometer yesterday because I wanted to start keeping track of my physical activity. I had no idea how many steps I took on an average day. Yesterday, I took 2000 steps, much to my disappointment. I had heard that you should aim for 10,000, which apparently is five miles. Who has time for that?

Today I logged in 9200. A much better effort, to be sure.
